A story by Buddy as told to me while in the car.

I have an octopus, she is blue.
Her name is Grant and she is a baby.
She eats sharks and lives at Wal-Mart.
She eats little sharks and big sharks,
And fish and dolphins.
She eats dirt.
She likes dirt.
I give her dirt and that makes her feel better.

So, if anyone has an octopus with a tummy ache I have it from the authority that dirt will make her feel better.

I love the stories Buddy is starting to tell me. It’s a wonderful little glimpse into his imagination. He is at that happy age of expression without embarrassment and we are just along for the ride.
